Shoulder season rates are approximately 20% less than summer rates.
1 April through May 20 & September 12 through September 30

Montana has no general sales tax, however a 7% accommodation tax is levied on the above rates.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All cabin reservations must be accompanied with full payment.  All R.V. & tent site reservations must be accompanied with 1st nights site charge.  Cancellation of cabin reservation requires two week notice.  Cancellation of tent and R.V. sites requires 24 hour notice.  There is a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Certain restrictions apply for reservations July 1 thru July 10

 You may reserve by phone May through August or anytime by email with credit card or by fax with Credit Card # or by surface mail with check of Credit Card #.  Visa, MasterCard or Discover card ONLY.

We will confirm reservation upon receipt of deposit.

****Determining your rate!

Step 1

Open this link in a new browser window:  Link to our rate page here.  Watch for prime & non-prime time days, and weekends and week days. This will affect your total rate for your stay.

Step 2

Okay!  You now have the rate for each night of your stay. Multiply that rate times the number of nights you will be staying with Helena Campground & RV Park.

Our rates are based 2 people.  If more than 2 people are staying at your site, add $7.50 per person per night to the total in step 2.

Step 3

Multiply the rate in step 2 by 7%. That is your tax! Add that amount to the rate in Step 2! That's it!
